Super Destroyer 2

Doug Stahl began his career under the tutelage of Wild Samoan Afa. Originally known as Doug Superior, he was half of a successful tag team with Neil Superior. The two competed all over Maryland and Pennsylvania, as well as feuded with The Fantastics- Bobby and Jackie Fulton in Hawaii and Guam.
In 1992, Stahl donned the mask of "Super Destroyer #2" in ECW, then known as Eastern Championship Wrestling. The Super Destroyers feuded with The PitBulls, Chris Candido, Jimmy Jannetty and J.T. Smith. On June 23, 1992, The Super Destroyers won a tournament in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to become the first ever ECW Tag Team Champions.
By the time their second reign ended on April 2, 1993, The Super Destroyers would cement their legacy as the longest reigning ECW Tag Team Champions in history at 283 days.
